EMBODIMENT MOVEMENT
If you've ever been curious about mindfulness or how to incorporate more balance and connection in your life, then an active wellness practice like my embodiment movement class would be great for you!
Embodiment means whole or state of being... considered the link between spirit and body.
In my sessions, I incorporate mindful techniques through movement, body tapping, stretching, and energy meditation. All of which increases blood circulation and releases stagnant and/or negative energies within you. Releasing stuck energy improves many things. Most importantly, improves body system functions, builds resilience, enhances intuition, and heightens your spirit! Paving the way for a healthier mental and physical state during your life journey.
In life, everything we experience affects our body, mind, and soul. Your body is your temple and should be a place of safety and calm. Yet for many people, it has become a source of suffering. Either from being influenced by the "outer world" society, or being so desensitized from your body's messages or signals that it's causing imbalance, pain, discomfort, or lack of feeling. This causes us to be disembodied and disconnected. Our body knows the answers to everything. We must take precious care of it. ​

CHAKRA & CRYSTAL HEALING
Chakra means "wheel" or "disk" and refers to energy vortex centers in the human body that are linked to all organ systems, responsible for the balance in a persons emotional, physical, mental and spiritual health.
Our chakras is the map of divine intelligence. It functions our entire life force (our soul)... the connection to Universe. We have over 50 trillion cells in our body with wisdom connected to every bit of it. And this intelligence is connected to every living thing. Which is why we can communicate energetically to all things. Speak to your cells!
To be at your fullest potential, all chakras should be open flowing or unblocked so that the energy inside your body moves freely and works properly with your body systems. However, the stresses of everyday life causes the chakras to become blocked. The blockage then manifests into either physical, emotional, or spiritual issues.
Therefore, naturally unblocking your chakras is vey important to maintain a healthy lifestyle (both personal & work life) and cultivates deeper connection to the divine!
I customize each session per person using my intuitive approach, as each person's needs are different. Using a combination of crystals, reiki, and tuning forks for additional stimulation of frequencies traveling through your body.
Specific vibrations enhance harmony and tunes the natural cycles of your body uniting the body systems. Remember, we human beings are energy fields made up of around 65% water. The molecular structure of water is easily affected by vibrations.

Natural crystals or gemstones are a physical embodiment of energy. Meaning, they have the ability to heal, focus, amplify and store or absorb energy.
And so, using crystals together with the methods I mentioned allows for a deeper non-invasive natural healing into your body!

Chakra healing have long been used as an ancient practice and quite effective. Mainstream medicine and some religions tend to push people away from the power of chakra and crystal healing. I am here to say, to each their own.
From my perspective, we are not worshiping crystals or this practice. We are simply using God's natural elements from earth which contain healing properties, combined with the natural gift of intuitive energy and use of tools to holistically restore harmonious balance in the body. How awesome is that?
As Einstein also proved, everything is energy and we are able to use certain elements to heal the body. You change your energy, you change your life.
